Here you can find all the steps and tips to prepare your product for shipment depending on the method you choose.
Drop-off shipment method
- Always wipe your device clean of any personal data by factory resetting it.
- Pack it in a box securely
- The box doesn't need to be the original box the device came in. A small cardboard box works perfectly well if the product is secure inside it - using bubble wrap can make sure of that!
- No need to put any accessories (charging cable, headphones, etc...) into the box.
- If you have multiple sales at the same time, please only pack one product per box, since each shipment is associated with one product.
- Print the label
- You will need to print the label before dropping it off. You can find the label by going into your account on Doji's website and finding the order under Selling > Processing or by accessing the details of the order directly from the email you received after choosing the shipment method.
- After printing it, you need to stuck the label onto the box, be that with tape or glue.
- Each sale has a specific label associated with it, so if you have multiples sales at the same time, please be aware of that and stick each label on the box of the corresponding product to make sure no mistakes happen.
- Shipment deadline
- Remembering that you have 3 business days to send us your product, which starts to count on the next business day after the sale is made. Pro tip: the sooner you ship the product to us the sooner you can get paid!
