What is the Returns Policy?

At Doji, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your refurbished phone or tablet, you can return it within 30 days.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, simply log in to your Doji account, hover over your name on the top right of your screen, click on "My Account," select the "Buying" tab, then click on "History" and "Show Details" for the device you want to return. At the bottom right of the screen, you'll see an option to request a return. Fill out the form, and if your return is approved, we'll send you a free return label.

Choose the item you'd like to return and click on Details
Then scroll down and click "I'd like to return" to initiate the return process

If for any reason the item is exchanged or repaired this does not restart the 30 days. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.

After receiving confirmation of authorization to return, securely package the item in its original packaging and remove any security or parental locks, SIM card, memory card (if applicable), and your iCloud/Samsung/Google account. Then, mail the return to the following address:

Refund Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the phone or tablet must be in its original condition of sale.

Faulty Devices
If your phone or tablet is faulty, please contact our customer service team at help@doji.co.uk or send a message through our contact form.

Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and verify the returned item, we'll issue a refund within 15 days.
