The buyer has the right to make a return within 30 days of receiving the order. The 30 days starts from the day the customer receives the mobile device and if for any reason the item is exchanged or repaired this does not restart the 30 days. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date.
How do I return my purchase?
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com who will need the order details to authorise the return and issue a self-addressed envelope. We will give you guidance on how to do it properly. It's important to bear in mind that you'll need to contact us from the same email address that you used on your Doji account to place this order.
After receiving a confirmation of authorization to return, please place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please remember to remove the following before returning your device:
- All security and parental locks
- Your SIM card
- Memory card (if applicable)
- Your iCloud / Samsung / Google account
What condition does my device need to be in to get a refund?
The phone needs to be in its original condition of sale.

How long will it take to get my Refund?
