Grading and Returns Policy
Upon receipt of the phone, Doji’s team will carry out a 52 point check to assess the grading condition. Should their grading assessment differ from the grading condition under which the phone was sent in, you will be contacted by customer support to confirm whether you want to
Have the phone returned
- The Doji grading valuation may be better or worse than your own assessment.
- If you don't accept the new offer, Doji will send the phone back to the seller where Doji incurs the cost of shipping
Accept a revised grade and price
- If the seller accepts we'll adjust the price for the phone and remit the funds in 2-3 days.

- Fully working; AND
- Battery life more than 5 hours; AND
- As new. No scratches, dents or cracks on the screen or body.
- Fully eligible for our warranty and 30-day return policy
Very good
- Fully working; AND
- Battery life more than 5 hours; AND
- Minor scratches on the screen and/or body that are barely visible. No dents or cracks.
- Fully eligible for our warranty and 30-day return policy
Good
- Fully working; AND
- Battery life more than 5 hours; AND
- Minor scratches that might be seen on the screen and/or body. No dents or cracks.
- Fully eligible for our warranty and 30-day return policy
Fair
- Fully working; AND
- Battery life more than 5 hours; AND
- Dents and/or visible scratches on the screen or body. No cracks on the screen.
- Fully eligible for our warranty and 14-day return policy
Needs Repair
- May not turn on normally
- May have battery life less than 5 hours when idle
- Has cracks on the screen/body and not all features such as camera/wifi/bluetooth work 100%.
- Not eligible for the return policy or our warranty
