Upon receipt of the phone, Doji’s team will carry out a 52 point check to assess the grading condition. Should their grading assessment differ from the grading condition under which the phone was sent in, you will be contacted by customer support to confirm whether you want to
Have the phone returned
- The Doji grading valuation may be better or worse than your own assessment.
- If you don't accept the new offer, Doji will send the phone back to the seller where Doji incurs the cost of shipping
Accept a revised grade and price
- If the seller accepts we'll adjust the price for the phone and remit the funds in 2-3 days.
