We may charge sellers up to 10% of the sale price to help with costs of product verification, product guarantee, delivery and Doji maintenance and development.
Currently we are running a promotion to help new sellers trial the platform and are discounting the transaction fee - the final selling fee as of March 2022 is 5%.
Transactions fee charges may vary and Doji reserves the right to change the transactions fee at any point, including the rights to apply promotional fees and discounts.
Sellers also pay a delivery fee depending on the collection method used – £5 for dropping the item at the post office to be shipped to Doji.
We will aim to send the money to the seller's selected payment method within 3 days after we receive the product in our warehouse provided that the physical condition of the product matches the condition established by the grading process that you took online on Doji’s platform.
In some cases we may take longer to release payment to sellers in order to complete necessary checks to prevent fraud, or should our grading assessment differ.
What if the person buying returns the product?
Once we accept the phone and remit payment, that’s it - the item is sold and you don’t need to worry about returns or buyer enquiries.
