What is included in Warranty?

Doji's 12-Month Guarantee for Working Handsets

At Doji, we stand behind the quality of our products, which is why all working handsets come with a 12-month guarantee. This guarantee applies to all products verified as refurbished by Doji or by Doji verified sellers, and it begins from the date of purchase by the consumer. Please note that phones that need repairs are not covered by this warranty.

The warranty covers all technical malfunctions, but it does not cover physical damage, accidental damage such as water damage, loss, theft, or repairs performed by a non-authorized party. Additionally, the warranty does not cover non-refurbished devices, consumable parts such as batteries, charger cables, AC plugs, cosmetic damage including scratches, dents, broken screens or cases, damage caused by use with another product, damage caused by operating the product outside the manufacturer guidelines (e.g. Apple, Samsung, Google, and others), or accidental damage such as water.

How to Claim on the Warranty

If you experience any issues covered under the warranty, please contact our Customer Service at help@doji.co.uk or send a message through our contact form to notify us of the issue.

All warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period and returned to our premises within two weeks of notifying us of the issue.

How to Send Back the Phone

If the fault is covered under the warranty policy, our Customer Services team will send you a self-addressed envelope to return the phone to us. It is the buyer's responsibility to use the original or a suitable alternative to protect the handset during shipment.

What Happens Next

If the problem is covered by our warranty, we will repair the phone and return it to you in full-working order. If we are unable to repair the phone, we will send you a like-for-like replacement. We aim to complete the repair or replacement within five working days from the receipt of the phone at our premises.

However, please note that our warranty does not cover problems resulting from damage caused by someone else, accidental damage such as drops, spills, or immersion in water, or faults occurring outside the warranty period. In such cases, an extra cost may be incurred, and we will notify the buyer of this as soon as we have inspected the handset.
