What if the phone is not in the condition you expect?

If you're dissatisfied with the condition of your phone, we offer a full reimbursement within 30 days of receiving the device. The return process is quick and easy when you access your Doji account through our website or mobile apps:

Log in to your account
Navigate to your profile and select "Buying History"
Click on the order you wish to return and select "Details"
Choose "I'd like to return" to initiate the process

Once we approve your return, we'll provide you with a return label. Once we receive and verify the item, we'll promptly process your refund.
