What is included in our Warranty?

We stand behind the quality of our devices at Doji, and that's why all of our working handsets are covered by a 12-month warranty! The warranty covers any technical malfunctions that may arise during this period.

Please note that our warranty does not cover physical or accidental damage such as water damage, loss, theft, or repairs carried out by a non-authorized party. Additionally, it does not cover non-refurbished devices, consumable parts such as batteries, charger cables, AC plugs, cosmetic damage like scratches, dents, broken screens, or cases. The warranty also does not cover damage caused by use with another product or operating the product outside the manufacturer guidelines (e.g., Apple, Samsung, Google, and others).

If your device experiences a fault that is covered under the warranty policy, our customer service team will send you a self-addressed envelope to return the item to us. To initiate the process, simply contact our customer service team at help@doji.co.uk or send us a message through our contact form. We'll take care of the rest.
